Pricing - Talent Category
Because talents are not one-size-fits-all, we have divided them into three categories. The level of experience, skills, professional certifications, demand for the role, and the complexity of the responsibilities separate them. Years of experience are only a guideline and not the only factor in categorising talents.
Junior Level
Represents talents with average experience and the majority of the required skills. This category's talents are technically sound, quick, and task-driven. They are not new or trainee level talents, but simply have less exposure than mid and senior level.
$1750 - $2500
Mid Level
Represents the talents with a good level of experience, and most or all of the required skills; they may have specialised certifications. The talents are highly technical, suggestive, problem solvers, and process-oriented. The talents in this category meet the requirements for the vast majority of hiring requests.
$2500 - $3500
Senior Level
Represents talents with exceptional skills, expertise, and experience - often going above and beyond the call of duty; possesses specialised certifications. They are highly competent, technical specialists, innovative, problem solvers, and result-oriented.
